View Previous Year Data - Why is the [Select] button being disabled ?

When I wanted to view previous year data, why is the [Select] button being disabled ?


Answer :

This is due to different password is being used. Our advice is, before you migrate data into Sage UBS 2015, please make sure the user name and password are standardized for current data and previous year data.

    Thanks for your advice. Actually I did try to retire previous year data by creating a new company. However the last year data couldn't be found. I will try again and check the directory carefully.

    the 'Select' button is unable and how to activate it after I migrate the previous data and the password not standardized.

    Dear Liew,

    Thank you for your enquiry.

    The'Select' button can only enable when your user name and password are standardized.

    Hence, you may refer to the 2 solutions below:

    1. Kindly do proceed to migrate another time and ensure it is standardized.
    2. Create New Company > Restore Previous Year Data > Standardized the user name and password.
